So yes another post about ‘popping’ 😉 but this is a different type of popping. It is the type that occurs after eating piles of food consecutively.
I am on the urge of popping, I just ate a cheeky take away of curry and it was delicious but I hate that ill feeling you get after eating too much.
It’s time for change (heard that before) and I think I shall limit my meals to small portions from now on. Bloating in the stomach can prove to be painful so try to limit portions and stop eating when you are full!!! Don’t forget to thank the chef now!
